THE PHILOSOPHY Exercise performed regularly without good structure/spinal alignment, posture and breathing mechanics cannot deliver optimum results. Tim Goullet worked as a physical trainer for several years after completing a sports science degree. Following a desire to learn more about the body, Tim qualified as an Osteopath and Naturopath in 1993 and has been practising for 26 years.
He holds a 6th Dan in karate after 37 years training and teaching plus also has 15 years experience practising yoga.
Tim has designed his own system of exercise to compliment his osteopathic treatments to create a high potency method for true metamorphosis and realisation of one’s full potential.
